Small Group Mentorships

Our small group mentorship programs bring boys together in a supportive, structured environment where they learn, reflect, and grow alongside peers. These groups create a sense of belonging while reinforcing healthy communication, emotional literacy, and positive peer relationships.

Group programs are intentionally designed to help boys see that they are not alone—and that growth is stronger when shared.

Boys Days Out

Boys Days Out are experiential gatherings designed to help boys connect, move, reflect, and grow through shared activities, outdoor adventures, and guided mentorship. These experiences combine fun, movement, nature, conversation, and reflection—giving boys space to be themselves while learning valuable life skills.

Boys Days Out often serve as an entry point into group mentorship and help boys build trust, confidence, and connection in a natural, engaging way.
